Bundle Monster 323

Hi guys! So I am still feeling really sick however I thought by doing my nails it would make me feel better.  Plus I need to show you some more of the new Bundle Monster Images.  Today I decided to use the big roses from plate 323 also in addition I used my new Kleancolor polish.

So base coat is OPI Nail Envy then 1 coat of 158 Kleancolor Metallic Pink.

Now I don't normally use a Top Coat before I do the stamping, I have never had a problem before until now that is.  You know that I have told you that I will share the good the bad and the ugly, well here is definitely the ugly.  I used Konad White Special polish then soaked my nails for a minute in cold water to prevent smudging like I always do.  Then I used Konad clear polish and it went on ok and then bit by bit this pink started to spread on the white.

So I thought that's ok I will just do it again.  Which I did.  I then waited a good hour before I put the top coat on over the pink.  I performed the stamping action again. Soaked my nails again and then waited a little while to put the Konad Clear Top Coat on.  Again it looked fine.

The roses are gorgeous and they have transferred with ease. They are clean and crisp and perfect. They look so nice over the white.  It doesn't show in the picture but the metallic polish has a sheen to it and obviously the white is a matt colour. So it has that contrast there which in turn makes the white much more vivid making it stand out a lot stronger. 

Urgh!!!  Irritated!  Just as I am typing this blog I realise the pink has spread again only slightly but still annoying.  I don't know what else I could have done other than maybe wait a full day with the pink before stamping.  But other than that I felt the image it self was a good result.  

The Kleancolor polish is a really strong, vibrant colour.  It is really pigmented that's why I only used one thin coat and that was enough.  Maybe this is telling me that the metallic polish is not to be used in conjunction with stamping.  I will do some more experimenting and I will let you know.  It would be a shame because the metallic set has some really nice colours as well.  Before I forget, I would definitely recommend soaking this polish off because it will stain your skin and your nails.

Oohh!!  In between doing the second attempt on my nails, I painted my toes, yay!

Kleancolor Chunky Holo Bluebell

Hi guys!  As you may have seen, I got quite a large collection of Klencolor nail polish bought for me just recently.  So I wanted to start to make my way through them.  I demonstrated The Chunky Holo Black and I thought I would start with one before that which is Chunky Holo Bluebell.  On it's own it is quite a sheer colour so I thought for comparison purposes I would use it on every other nail and the alternate nail I would do a coat of China Glaze Electric Beat and then a coat of Chunky Holo Bluebell.  So here goes:

1. Base Coat OPI Nail Envy.

2. Every other nail in Kleancolor Chunky Holo Bluebell 3 Coats.
3. And the alternate nail in China Glaze Electric Beat 1 Coat

This picture is only showing  one coat not the 3 mentioned, but it will end with that result.

4. Then over Eectric Beat, I used 1 coat of Chunky Holo Bluebell

5. I then decided that I would cover the white of my nail with the Electric Beat as in a French Manicure

6. Then 1 more coat of Chunky Holo Bluebell over the top.

7. Lastly China Glaze Fast Drying Top Coat 

For some reason whenever I do my nails, I always old my hand over my nose and look in the mirror to check on them.  I don't know why I do it or even why I started doing it but it is now a habit I do everytime I do my nails. Weird, right!?

The pictures do not do this polish justice. They are so shiny and reflective.  I love the holographic sparkles which makes a nice addition over Electric Beat, it also looks nice on it's own but a few coats are needed to draw out the colour some more. I love this type of polish and anything sparkly always catches my attention.

Hi guys! Just want to let you know I am a very lucky girl.  I have heard about the the brand Kleancolor for ages but didn't know where I could them from (the polish, I mean).  Just recently I discovered them on Ebay even though I had sworn not to buy anything for awhile, I desperately wanted them.  Anyway some puppy dog eyes later and my husband has got them for me.  Yay so happy!!!

I am pleasantly surprised by all of these colours.  There wasn't a bad one of the ones I picked.  The Holos are perfect and am really happy about them but the Diamond and Metallic ones are all really nice and  are really strong colours.  There are lots that could be used just as top coats.  I love that I have the option to try all these new things.

We got these from ebay from the seller Joy's Cosmetics.  She is really good, they came really quick and she was very helpful and prompt over any enquiries we had.  She has 232 colours and you can buy less than what I have here. I think she even has the option to buy just one.

So Thank You very much to my Husband for this beautiful set and also for helping take the pictures for my blog.  Love You Baby x
